Failed to hook up safety chains to car on auto hauler. Rear end of car shifted on trailer during transport. Very, very hard to remove car at destination. The trailer wasn't ready at promised time. This was not the fault of the location but rather the silly U-Haul reservation system that allows you to schedule a picking assuming that the previous costumer will return it on time. The pick up location it self was great. I did the online check in to save time. When I arrived, I waited 50 minutes for a truck. I had a one way rental. Someone rented that for an additional 5 days despite the fact that I booked it. I had to take a local truck round trip.
