Just being in nature is so relaxing that all I want to do is hang out at the quiet pool and read. The second pool is equally quiet because no cell phones are allowed (except in the suites where there is also free WIFI). Aqua Yoga at Sundara I am dozing in the sun when the Aqua Yoga instructor finds me and tells me it's time for Yoga. I forgot I'd signed up, but all I have to do is slip off my recliner and slide into the pool. This is very gentle yoga and the warm water helps muscles relax, unlike Bikram yoga which I find too hot to enjoy. Near the end of the class, the yoga guide leads us to one of the Jacuzzi pools in the shaded grotto. Ahhhhhhh. I'm too relaxed to do anything except go back to my recliner and lie there in a trance, my book untouched. At Sundara, guests don't need to bring any clothes except a bathing suit, workout clothes and sneakers. Sandals and plush robes are provided in each room and in the locker rooms. Everyone wears their robe to treatments and to meals served at Nava, a Sanskrit word meaning fresh.
