The staff were excellent. Eduardo made the most excellent beef tartare with brilliant presentation. The Sirloin maddalion was also excellent. The burger was delicious with fresh grill mushrooms (not sautéed 6 hours prior). For an all inclusive resort, the Steakhouse food was amazing. I highly recommend. With all the uncertainty associated we were not sure if we would be able to make our trip this year, but as luck would have it the stars aligned and we were able to make the trip. Upon arrival we were greeted with the usual damp cloth, flower and welcome beverage. In addition we were provided with hand sanitizer and our temperature was taken. Although we were assigned a room at check-in (arrived mid afternoon) it took a few hours before our room was ready. Being long time Palace members we are well aware of the "Optional" Upgrade Presentation meetings that are offered to all guests. Beach Palace did an amazing job!! Most beautiful wedding overlooking the ocean. The food and service at Beach was awesome.. Mauro and Andres were great every morning for breakfast. Juan and Eduardo really did great at an amazing dinner at the Italian Restaurant. The Steakhouse is one of their best restaurants and Omar the Manager is great on wine and dinner selections.
